Practice one of the following:

In the PropertyManager, the components announced inExplode Step Components . Rotation and translation handles announced in the graphics surface area.
To move or align the handles:
- Drag the center brawl.
- PressAlt + drag the centre ball or an arm, and drop information technology on an border or confront to marshal a translation handle with the border or face.
- PressAlt + elevate the middle brawl or a circumvolve, and drop it on a curved edge or surface to align a rotation handle with the curved edge or surface.
- Right-click the center ball and selectAlign to,Align with Component Origin, orMarshal with Assembly Origin.
- In the PropertyManager, underSettings, selectRotate about each component origin.
